Trying to get pregnant. Am I pregnant?

Trying to get pregnant: My husband and I have been married for five years and still have no children. All the medical tests seem clear. We have even tried artificial insemination on a couple of occasions but those too have failed. What are our other options?

Am I pregnant: On the expected date of my period, I had a bit of spotting. This lasted 2 days. There was no bleeding as such. Could I perhaps be pregnant?
